Family Day Weekend to Easter Weekend!
Our 2026 Maple Experience Opens Family Day long weekend (February 14, 15 and 16) and runs every weekend through April 5, plus Monday, March 16 & Friday, March 20 of March break as well as Friday, April 3rd (Good Friday)
Elliott Tree Farm Maple Syrup Experience
To Start: The Horse Barn Canteen
Freshly grilled pancakes topped with award winning Ontario pure maple syrup, Canadian side bacon, maple breakfast sausage, and fresh butter. Warm up with hot apple cider, coffee or tea, plus juice or water.
To Follow: The Sugar Shack
Take a scenic 10 to 15 minute walk through the sugar bush, check real sap buckets, and taste maple at every stage, from raw sap to classic maple taffy on snow. Complimentary toboggans are ready at the trail entrance for a little extra fun.
Our live 10-minute Elliott Tree Farm Maple Traditions presentation are at 11 AM, 12 PM, 1 PM, or 2 PM. The Sugar Shack is open from 10 AM to 2:30 PM.
To Finish: At the Heritage Barn
Home of the Maple Syrup Museum of Ontario, where you can taste our award-winning Golden, Amber, and Dark maple syrup grades, browse maple treats, fresh baked goods, and farm merch.
We have 4 seatings for our pancake breakfast you can choose from during checkout: 9:30 am, 10:30 am, 11:30 am, 12:30 pm

- Please remember to dress for spring and muddy conditions with proper footwear and bring what you need to enjoy yourself for the day!
- Dogs are welcome on a leash, including our Horse Barn Canteen dining area.
- We offer complimentary toboggans to take along the sugar bush trail.
Each ticket includes:
- Free Parking
- Entrance to the Maple Syrup Museum of Ontario
- All you can eat pancakes with pure maple syrup and a side of sausage and bacon with a hot apple cider, or coffee, or tea, juice, or water inside our warm Horse Barn Canteen.
- Farm entrance and maple sugar trail access
- Learn about the history of maple syrup and maple syrup production.
- Taste raw sap, partially cooked sap, fresh maple sugar and fresh maple taffy from maple syrup.
- Sugarbush and sugar shack experience
- Checking sap buckets in the forest
- Campfire
- Complimentary toboggans for the sugar shack trail.
- *Our pure maple syrup products, local gifts, and treats are available for purchase at the Heritage Barn following your experience.

- **Tickets are non-refundable, although transferable. In the event we close due to weather, we will notify ticket holders through our social media channels and email correspondence. Ticket purchasers will have a credit for a future date and can contact us at info@elliotttreefarm.ca to reschedule.
